Are you changing an existing location, or adding a new one?
Do you have one as an example?
Are you submitting them on the POI Map itself? _________________ Richard

When you say 'a depot', is it one where the general public would have access to, to buy?
If it is a storage/distribution depot not for public access, it wouldn't be much good in a DIY category.
The only way to keep up to date with the POIs, is to check to see if there is a later date on the database, than when you last downloaded. The date is normally updated at each revision. I only check every month or so, or just before I go on a long journey. _________________ Richard

It might not be good for the GP, but what about deliverys? And if it is noted at a Depo then that should be ok. |

If you think there's a need for a POI file containing B&Q depots, perhaps it should be created as a separate category under "Commercial Sites" rather than being included in the same category as the stores. In reality, they are two entirely different entities and to include them in the same file would be confusing to the general public. |

You all seem to be thinking a B+Q "Depot" is some sort of storage/distribution depot not for public access.
In fact it's just a big B+Q.
Wikipaedia says:
Quote: | Mid 1990s saw B&Q open a new format of store known as The Depot (later adjusted to B&Q Depot). This was a forerunner of a new class of store known as the B&Q Warehouse. |
They should go in the normal B+Q POI file. |

B&Q brief history.
It hasn't been established whether it is 'a depot' or 'The Depot' yet. ![Smile](modules/Forums/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) _________________ Richard

Daggers - Are you a delivery driver who regulary picks up from B&Q Distribution Depots and then takes the goods to B&Q Stores and B&Q Depots (the warehouse type store)??
Is it the distribution depots you want? |

David | A distibution centre should NOT be included in a list of store branches ![Rolling Eyes](modules/Forums/images/smiles/icon_rolleyes.gif) Daggers wrote: | If you think there's a need for a POI file containing B&Q depots, perhaps it should be created as a separate category under "Commercial Sites" rather than being included in the same category as the stores.
