To MaFt
Thanks for your listing...are you saying that the cameras actually only monitor the lane that they are over ? |

Just a thought, but does anyone know if the Freedom of Information Act allows an individual to find out what camera hardware is installed where along the M25? Which body would one address such a request to? |

Why not just look at the gantries? :D
The ones with cameras in are pretty obvious, and (by some amazing coincidence ) they match the entries in the PGPSW camera database! |

I'd like to pick this one up again. It's now 3/4 months since this topic was started by someone. Do we assume that the latest database release includes any changes to these type of overhead motorway cameras.? And how would one report a 'new' one as they are virtually impossible to collate while driving ? In fact, how do you get hold of these type of camera positions...somebody 'in the know'...(just interested.) |

I can't comment for the M42, but the last time I drove round the M25 variable section, I can tell you the database has not changed, but that is because it is still 100% accurate - ie it lists every camera site, and does not give a false alarm for any non-camera sites. This could change, but doesn't seem to have recently. _________________ Please don't be offended if I do not reply to a PM - please ask questions via the forums. |
