 hello there.can some one tell me why when i go to download the speed camera file for my garmin c550 street pilot i click on download file then it goes to next page and nothing happens it sits there .i have the poi loader already downloaded and i have paid my subs....can some one please help..thanks :D [/i][/b] |

Do you see the If your download does not automatically start: Right-click & 'save as'nit after you choose your download type?
What OS and web browser are you using?

no it doesn't say that..ive picked garmin poi loader then uk single file then download data base.then to next page where nothing happens.my o/s is vista ultimate and im using firefox browser........ |

Can you try using IE7, Firefox is normally fine, what Anti-Virus do you use?
