Thanks so much to Nuttynurse for mentioning this forum back on the DS forums. I have been checking back there for updates regularly but there are none and the forum has been more or less abandoned.

Thanks also to those of you who have worked to enable us to update our Drivesmart databases. I'm very pleased to see that perhaps my unit is not doomed after only 6 months.

I went one further - sold my DS on Ebay, and "stored" my Def2 in a nice container - funny really, as the container looks exactly like a waste bin!

Make that 2 counts for the Cheetah GPS Mirror!! Excellent device. The widescreen view takes some getting use to initially, but really does help out in the rear and side view vision!!

I have a DS of course and as the DS web site is now at a complete stand still I have found this forum.

Is it possible to obtain a new voice for my DS. the women on it is driving me mad.

If possible a simple file that could just be downloaded very easily!!!

Thanks

BillofHook I believe you can record your own sounds if you want to. Have you got the manual somewhere .. or maybe it's still available to download from the ds site? If not I can look out the details for you
