Is it possible to use several mixed devices i.e TTone Uk and TTone Europe possibly up to 5 with a single installation of Home? Any pitfalls? Presumably each device would need a separate backup.
Any info appreciated

You will need an email address for each Device if you want to keep the Updates seperate.
HOME should be able to recognise the different units as they are connected, but if it stumbles, use Device | Change Device. _________________ Richard

For back ups and POI installations to each device use Windows Explorer, you will only need to us the Home software for updates to maps and/ or the software application.
I have not found multiple device support using TT Home to be very good, so I work around the issue by minimising its use - Mike |

You can have multiple devices assigned to a single account (IE using only one email address), however you will encounter problems if you try and assign/use any of Tomtom's Plus services, for example Traffic.
I have both a TT Go 300 and TT Navigator 6. I assigned Navigator 6 to the same account as my TT Go. When I tried to add an additional Traffic subscription via Home, all it did was try to move the service from my TT Go to Navigator 6. The only way I could use my 2nd Traffic Plus Service was to use it under a different Tomtom Plus account. _________________ "To Err Is Human - To Really Foul Things Up Requires A Computer! So I bought new map downloads for both on one order. I contacted TT to try to change one map and they told me about the separate e-mail addresses and accounts, so I tried to fix it. By being a Dumbo, I managed to set up two accounts, but in the process managed to log both maps to the one account. Now I have two GOs, but one allegedly doesn't have a map and the other has two (Western Europe and Western & Central Europe)! Apparently I still have the option of sending a written complaint to TT Holland to try to sort it out, but to be honest, I've already just about reached the end of my patience dealing with them through the Customer Services messages to and fro for ages. _________________ Dennis
