i have the tt1 v2 and its easy to install the voices foe speed warnings, just add them to the same folder as the map in current use, which also has the cameras in it, then go through every camera poi and and edit warnings when near poi and select the voice, if you have only loaded one voice, like i did, it will automatically select it. you only have to do that once and when you update the cams it automatically assigns the voice if i have totally confused the issue.....sorry |

Further to gardenshed....
You can ONLY have one voice installed, and (except on the 910) it will take over from the built-in sound effects automatically so there is no "selection" to be done, but you DO still have to go through the "warn when near" setup again (for every camera type) for the system to pick up the new file.
Use one of the file sets from this page:
http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/tomtom-ogg-files.php as all the files are named correctly for you.
Full instructions are on that page too. |
