|
|
Hi,
Whenever I launch GPS Assist, which then in turn runs Tomtom Navigator everything works fine (on an IPAQ 5450). But when I try and close down Tomtom Navigator it keeps loading up again. I keep trying to close it again and again. I've tried closing GPS Assist first and then Tomtom, and also the other way around.
Any ideas anyone?

Closing GPSAssist will work. It listens to see if TTN is still open, and if it's not (e.g. you've closed TTN) it will try to re-open it. Sometimes GPSAssist has got a little confused, try a soft reset and only close GPSAssist and not TTN. |

I Had this, and found that until I updated to the latest gps driver (2.09 i think) that closing gps assist first didnot always work 100% of the time.
Now I have no problems, but you do have to close GPS Assist first, and that in itsself will close the navigator.
