Have just downloaded speed camera files onto my Mac.
Exactly how do i transfer these files over to my Tomtom One?

I've edited your post subject. The easiest way is to install TomTom's desktop client called 'HOME' for which their is a Mac version.

Then download our HOME version of the database, unzip (using Stuffit Expander) into the Downloads folder and install from within HOME to your USB connected ONE.

Download the latest copy of HOME for Mac OSx here

I have unzipped the folder but onto my desktop. How do i transfer it into the downloads folder/get it onto TomTom Home?

Open Finder : Username : Documents : TomTom : HOME : Downloads

Copy the two files from the .zip into there.

Launch HOME and you will now see a 'PocketGPSWorld Speed Cameras' entry under Point of Interest and can select this to install to your device.
