can someone put me out of my misery please? i have traffic on a ONE v2 europe. the info bar down the right side of the screen is confusing me. i understand it showing me how far to the next holdup, but it also shows for example a small oblong icon of 2 cars (presumably signifying traffic build up) and say '53 mins'. what does this mean. 53 minutes of what? the total delay on the jiurney is shown on the individual screens as a totally different amount, so can someone excuse my dumbness and explain what this display means.
many thanks.

I have looked all over the manual and various websites and can't find anything. Possibily the time since the last update? |

hi guys
it is definately not time since last update or total delay time. sometimes this figure is far in excess of my remaining journeytime in total but the delay may be in the middle of the journey. this is really weird. i tried emailing tomtom but surprise surprise didn't get a relavant reply!!!
anyone out there have any ideas???
thanks. |

Are you certain it doesn't say 53m i.e. 53 miles to that particular incident? _________________ Darren Griffin |

hi darren
definately says '53mins' - so has to mean minutes surely, but they don't make sense if i may have only 20 minutes total journey time left??
the icon appears coming out of the info bar on the right, oblong in shape, white background and thin red border.
really strange. |

If it's attached to an incident icon then it 'should' be the length of the delay caused by that particular incident. If it's not occurring all the time then I'd forget about it, probably just a glitch.
Interestingly TomTom's own screenshot shows just such a 'glitch', the remaining journey time is 8 mins yet Traffic shows a 13 min delay en route!

I've found that it means 53 mins is the total hold up I think, but you may be coming off the motorway halfway through the hold up and therefore the delays to your time may be only 30 mins. |
