|
|
Hi People,
I have been a Tom Tom PDA user for over 4 years now currently Version 6, but my existing PDA is nearly on its last legs. My question is which model of Tom Tom Go should I go for to replace it.
I would want Europe maps and USA for an upcoming holiday.
Is the 910 worth that bit extra money?
Any advice gratefully received.

The 910 is good value for money with the extra mapping loaded and the excellent Text To Speach system, the problem you may find is a new purchase wouldn't have the latest map releases loaded - so if you want the latest maps for the device make sure you contact TomTom and obtain it in writing PRIOR to purchase that a free upgrade is available.
Otherwise you could wait a while and get a new device from the x20 range although this will be costly at launch and require additional maps to be purchased. - Mike |

I don't have a 910 but I've used one before and was extremely impressed with the feature set. You certainly are getting a lot for what you pay for. I'd say it is worth the premium. |

Just wait and get a 720 unless you need the US maps. |
