Which version software are you using?
This used to be a problem on all the devices using early software versions. _________________ Richard

Continuing the theme....
Does the TomTom ONE ever sync its clock automatically from the satellites? I noticed there's an option in the menus to do this, and it seems to work, but I'd have thought it would make more sense to autmatically sync the clock every time it gets a satellite fix - but I'm not sure that it does this. |

Nope. AFAIK it only syncs when you tap the button. It also only syncs the minutes or seconds, as there is no other allowance for different time zones. |

I can't remember if I had a problem with that version or not.
I know I don't now. _________________ Richard

From what I've read, the device prompts you to enter a time manually. However, you CAN sync it with the satellite - however, the time zone will be set to GMT. You must change the time zone manually.
Hope this helps! |

I asked a similar question several months ago, when I had problems when I synched, and TomTom continuously set itself to UTC.
The solution is to synch the time, which will display in UTC, then alter the hours to BST and synch again. This sets the memory to BST. _________________ Regards
