|
|
I have downloaded and installed the latest update (18th of june)
I noticed several (if not all) of the cameras on the A23, Purley/Croydon are not there?
Where have they gone
They were in my previous database ... from last year ... |

Have a look at the master map on the submissions page.
between the Mitcham road roundabout in the North and the Brighton Road roundabout to the South, I see 5 Gatsos, 4 redlight cams (including 2 actually on the Brighton Rd roundabout) and 2 removed redlight cams. If any Gatsos had been removed they would show as a grey speed limit sign with a cross through it, but I can't see any.
If you still think something is missing, do you still have a copy of your old version (on a backup maybe?) that you could send in, or some actual sightings of what isn't being displayed? |

Are you sure they are actually speed/redlight cameras or are they bus lane/parking enforcement cameras? _________________ Gone fishing! |

Might help if drams specified which cameras are missing. Can you post the missing cameras here? Just post the entryies from the old database and new one so we can check.
I also live ~5 miles from this roads so may be able to check some cameras if i get time. |

No the A23 is riddled with Gatso's every mile or so from Purley to the M25/M23. They're in the database and they're all present on my device. Which database are you using? _________________ Darren Griffin |

Perhaps you could tell us a little about the Unit you are using.
The Software information might be useful as well. _________________ Richard

I take it you have not exceeded the maximum number of POI's on your unit
AND
if not, are you 100% sure you have activated each camera category correctly?

Also give us the ID number of one of the ones you say is on the Google map but not showing on your unit.
You could even look at your downloaded database yourself in something like POIEdit (http://www.poiedit.com/) and see if you can find the same ID there. That would prove the data is OK and there's a problem with your set-up instead. |

Ok problem sorted by installing the single file database !

What is the max number of POIs? for the original TOM TOM one? |
