1) Stop SHOUTING
2) No it's doesn't detect cameras. You may be able to pay for and install a database of Camera Locations or buy a real detector. |

Hi,
Having done a little research for you, it looks like your unit uses Destinator software. If i'm correct, use the search facility on here to look for Destinator and speed cameras and I'm sure you'll be up and running.
Good Luck

But before you can download the correct database for your PackardBell and begin to install it you need to subscribe, click the big yellow speed camera sign at top left of this page and follow the instructions. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Just to simplify matters:
1. Your unit does not detect cameras
2. You can download a database from this site (there are others but I'm biased) to your unit which will then tell you where they are, but you have to sign up first, download the correct database, then activate the warnings on your unit.
HTH

Welcome back, I thought you had given up
As I said before I would hesitate a guess that you have Destinator software (only you can confirm that)
On the first page http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Cameras
select Destinator from the Sat Nav type drop down menu, press continue and then you choice of Single or Consolidated by type from the second page. Try single as a first choice until you get more familiar with your kit.
At the bottom of the 1st page are the instructions for various installations by type, follow those for Destinator and you shouldn't go wrong.
Go to the link below and scroll down to Destinator software and you'll find loads of people who can help you on your particular product more than I can.

Asking for help as a blonde without specific info doesn't always get the best help, I was one !!.........
Good Luck
