Checkpoint gives me the option to add POI (lots of speed cameras near me not on database)
However, how do I actually add?
I have "configured" a button to do it, (in General option I think) but doesnt seem interested? |

You need to have a GPS fix and be moving for the button to work, and it should then popup a screen allowing you to choose the type of camera. If it's not working you may have another program that is resetting the buttons and overriding CheckPOInt. |

Well I first tested it when I was moving and with a GPS fix.
Thing is all it does is open my Calender/Contacts (whichever button I assign).
Will keep plugging away |

Ok the fault was with me. I didn't realise that you had to configure a button on the PDA to assign to checkpoint.
Now works perfectly. |

Following on from this, I would like to assign a button on my Compaq iPaq 3800 to work Checkpoint 2.02(not yet loaded) and also another button to record a new POI. But how do i do this when there are no ready made options in "Settings", "Buttons" on my PC2002 iPaq. |

Once you install CheckPOInt you will have an option to configure a button to run CheckPOInt. Then from this once CheckPOInt is loaded, there are other options within CheckPOInt to assign a button to a specific CheckPOInt function like recording a camera. |
