For some reason, my Streetpilot 2820 is taking up to 15 minutes to aquire satellites. I am in Europe and just installed the latest version (4.1) of the software.
Is anyone experiencing a similar problem or does anyone know how to fix it? Could it be related to the latest software version? If so, is there anyway to get a previous version of the software and reinstall it?

Garmin suggested a hard reset which I did, but it only worked initially. After that it went back to taking 10 minutes to acquire the first satellite.
I wonder if its the software? Does anyone have any software version prior to 4.1 that I can try? |

Thank you very much! Downloaded the previous version and reinstalled and it seems to work. Will test extensively again in 3 weeks time and see if it continues to solve the problem. |
