I have just downloaded the latest speed camera updates but, when I press the "off" button, the Sat/Nav screen on my 510 stays white and does not seem to be closing down.
Any help would be appreciated. |

Welcome to the forum, give the reset switch a quick prod with a pin, if that fails try holding it down for 30 seconds before turning the device back on.
Make sure you know where the reset switch is though (its underneath the device near the power connector) - see Here for some illustrations - Mike
Edit Once - assuming this is for a TomTom device as per the description I have moved this thread from the Navman section

Thanks - it worked. Does that mean I've lost all the safety camera downloads? |

No you won't have lost any data at all the camera files are stored on the memory card, the reset is something you get used to doing from time to time to be honest - Mike |

Many thanks.. I can breathe more easily now! I am most impressed with the board - very informative for newcomers like me. |
