How sticky is the button that needs to be affixed to the PDA? i.e can it be removed without causing damage to the sliver surface of the pda (dell)

I have a Holux CR100 and have managed to put a bit of plastic on the end of the mount so that I can stick my recently purchased vent mount to it and have an interchangeable vent mount/suction mount solution.

However, this vent mount tends to rotate around! There is nothing from keeping whatever it is holding staying upright. Am I just being stupid, or is this just a poor product?

On the review of clip.com I purchased the vent mount for my Ipaq 3950 and Navman sleeve. Like most people, the windscreen mount is unpredictable and unreliable but fortunately, although it has fallen off in excess of 25 times, the Ipaq was only in it once!

For the price I find it to be extremely good value. You may need to customize it a tad to stop it from rotating but It's better than paying the extortionate amounts some vendors are asking.

I ordered two last Wednesday and they arrived this morning - 7 days later: US to UK. Great service.
