Have you tried doing a Reset? A long one!!
Did it stop working at any particular time? Like after disconnecting from PC.
You need to hold the On/Off button for about 3 secs. Does that make any difference?
If you hold the unit close to your ear, can you hear anything when you press the On button? _________________ Richard

Mine did this when a was on my to an interview and I was nowhere near a garage to buy a map. I was livid because I couldn't figure out how to reset it. Or more to the point, where the reset button was. Eventually found a tiny hole at the back near the connector. But that was after I was late for my interview and had returned home. Once I pressed this button for several seconds it came back on. But not straight away. Only after about 5 attempts.
What really annoys me is why it did this in the first place. All I had done was switch off for a while but then would not turn back on. Bl%^dy thing. |

AKA Sod's Law.
This is why with important or long journeys i always have a map or printed route too. A Sat Nav is not a replacement for a map - it's just a guide. |
