|
|
Hi everyone,
I have TT5 running on an iPaq, with a 2gb SD card. Currently I have GB and France Plus maps on the SD. I also have the North America maps and am looking to install just one ( Minnesota ). I copied the Minnesota folder from my CD onto the SD, Windows Explorer shows it on the SD but TT5 doesn't list it as an available map.
Anything I need to tweak / set to let TT5 see this? I don't see a CFG file, which I have on the other two. I assume it's something to do with this.
My apologies if I've missed something BLINDINGLY obvious. I've searched the forums and don't see anything close, but then I have the attention span of a
ah-ha, just kidding. Any help would be really appreciated, thanks! |

Hi DaveGlasgow,
You need to install the maps via the CD and use the appropriate Product Code.
Just a thought, are your maps legitimate, i.e. did you get them from a genuine source and do you have a legitimate Product Code?

Hi Robert,
Yup, installing off the TT CD. It is badly scratched though - careless owner here - so perhaps something's gone screwy in the install? |

I'm actually in Glasgow, but spend a lot of time in MSP. I'm flying in for a very short break to see family so thought I'd load my MN map, but as I said in the OP for some reason my iPaq 2210 isn't listing it.
Always enjoy spending time in the TC. Thanks for the message! |

But on checking the NA CD I have, it seems I have bought the maps for TT6 and not TT5. I know, I am an absolute a*^ew"~k.
Righto, off to buy me the right maps now, I guess! |
