Hi all!
Ok so I'm bracing myself for the very loud laughter, but I am having SO many problems!
My hubby has just bought a navman F20, and wants to put the speed camera stuff on there.
So far so good!
Ok, so I've registered, paid, and downloaded the files. I've got a usb cable that attaches my navman to the pc and its been installed & recognised.
Now comes the tricky bit;
1) I have downloaded Microsoft ActiveSync but it doesn't recognise my navman
2) From what I have read I seem to need a program called SmartST Desktop in order to transfer the files. Most people seem to have been supplied with this with their satnav, but the f20 came with NO software.
Am I way off the mark here? I have the files, I have the satnav & its being recognised by the pc itself, but not by ActiveSync.
Any help very gratefully received!
(Tho I've had enough for tonight & need a nice soft pillow for my aching head!)
Cheers in advance!
Endeavors frustrated Missus!

Welcome to the forum, what you need on the PC is the Software Conectivity kit, this is additional software which is not supplied with the device, see Here for other similar information - Mike |

Thank you for the reply.
So where do I get the Software Connectivity Kit?
Sorry if I'm being blonde again, but couldn't see any reference to where to get it from.
Cheers
