Just a warning to anyone planning a Garmin return at the moment - they are moving site for two weeks and you'll be without your unit for some time.
I sent back my Nuvi 350 and GTM12 and received a brand new Nuvi but no GTM 12 back I've been told it'll be at least a week before they can organise one to be shipped which is a real pain as I cant test the new unit to see if they fixed the issue
ANd finally, the new unit has a rather sleek new car adaptor, model 320-00239-22 I wonder if this is a third change to improve reception |

Hiya, I've just checked my charger and mind ends in 239-21.
I haven't heard this number quoted anywhere on the forum before, but I can definitely say that I've NO joy from my GTM10, so I wouldn't hold out hopes that the 239-22 is going to solve any problems. |

I haven't had my GTM-10 very long but so far it seems to be working nicely. |

Tynecomp, if you've got a chance, I'd be very interested to hear:
The serial number of your charger
The version of your GTM firmware
The location(s) that you're using your GTM
It seems to me that the problem with these units is the massive number of potentials for things going wrong; you seem to have to get everything right to get them working! |
