upgrading to mapsource v9 problems

hi this is probably not the right way to do this but here it goes anyway i have a i3 with just internal memory got the warning about the maps being out of date so ordered the v9 disc installed on the pc fine had a slight issue installing the usb drivers but its all good now the problem is when i try and load the new maps to the internal memory it tells me that the data card is missing and it cant transfer which is annoying so i bought a card put the maps on it no problem apart from the countrys come up in 5 different languages is there anyway to change that
so can i put the maps on the internal memory i read one post about a patch being needed but garmin know nothing about it
can i change the way the countries are displayed ie angletere schotland belge to just england scotland and belgium thanks for any help tony

Ring garmin and get them to email the patch to you, which is needed to load maps on to an i3 with an internal memory.

What do you mean when you say 5 countrys came in different languages.

i mean that it says england in different languages and scotland in 5 different languages aswell as all the other maps i have loaded

I have england and scotland in 4 or 5 different languages on v9 mapping. I dont think there is anything that can be done to stop this as the extra languages come as part of the download. But you could ring garmin and ask them on this issue.
