Are there any UK users here using an iPAQ6910 with Vodafone VBE & TomTom Navigator 6?

I have got TTN v6.030 Bld8320 installed (which runs much faster than the version that came with the 6910) however every time I run TomTom the sound is disabled by default! It takes two attempts to switch it back on again & then its fine & works a treat.

Has anyone here had / got the same problem & if so, do you know of a fix? I have been told that the problem is caused by the use of VBE???

(I dont get the same problem with TTN v6.00 Bld 7370 .. which is much slower than the latest version)

Thanks

Its not caused directly by your push email, any kind of GPRS connection will have the same problem. The only solution I know of is to disconnect GPRS before launching tomtom. Or downgrade to a lower version.

It has been reported to tomtom to get it fixed.
