Hi to all
First of all I am new here, and this seems like a great forum.
I bought a Tesco special for an Easter present, but when I switch on everythings in French.
Sorry for the total noob question, but how do you switch it to English
Thanks for your help :D |

Hi,
It looks like you will have to do a Part/Full restore, instructions are to the end of the handbook.
ALL the back up data is on the CDs provided.
I'd also suggest copying all data on the Gopal onto a PC too....just in case.
Off subject (a little)
You will have noticed that the protective screen cover has earphone volume warnings in French.
Using Search Engines for PNA205 on t'internet brings up French Reviews/online stores. very little on UK based sites.
Type in PNA205 on Medion's website...see what comes up.
Daft question...is the Navigation software (either pre-installed or on the CD) for the UK/Ireland?
Best of Luck

Good News,
Could you pls point me in the right direction for the thread on MP3/video?
Also, were your maps for the UK?
Cheers

the thread is in the first link above.
Video and mp3 using TCPMP, bit new to all this so I don't really know what TCPMP is.
The maps I had were french, I copied them to my HD just in case I might need them. I had the UK ones supplied on a CD, took ages to copy them to the unit ! |
