I've just picked up a new Nuvi 310 and upgraded to firmware 3.6 using the Webupdater program. I have loaded on the pocket speed camera database POIs.
Whilst fiddling around, a couple of questions have surfaced that the Nuvi experts may be able to help me with (searched the forum already).
1) The Nuvi connects with my Motorola V3 correctly and I can make calls and send text messages. However, it does not sync the text message inbox and any new messages are only flagged up on the phone and not the Nuvi. Has anyone got a solution?
2) When delving deep into the menus, is there a way to jump back to the map without pressing 'back' lots of times? On the i3, just hold the back arrow down would jumpout of the menu system.
I'm sure I'll have mmore questions later today ........ ![Laughing](modules/Forums/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif) |

I can't help on the phone issue, but the same applies to the Nuvi - press and hold the Back button, and you'll end up at the main menu... _________________ Please don't be offended if I do not reply to a PM - please ask questions via the forums. |

You don't actually expect us to read a manual do you?
That would be like reading all the posts (or at least some of the more recent) in this forum before posting a question that has been asked many times before.
Need to keep your mind open as you never know where the next good idea will come from. |
