Any idea where I can get my wifes TT1 screen repaired and how much its likely to cost?
It dropped off its suction mount whilst she was driving and hit something sharp on the screen. It had a protector on it, but has made a small mark on the screen. When its turned on it goes crazy running through the different screens all by itself.
Would it be cost effective to have it repaired?
There's no way she's borrowing my 910! She's only used the tt1 twice and manage to break it! _________________ Garmin Emap, Ipaq 2210 with TomTom Navigator 5, TomTom One, Pioneer AVIC-X1R, TomTom 910 (stolen). TomTom 520, TomTom 6100 (Faulty, replaced under warranty), Currently got a TomTom 6200 |

Hi,
I "googled" and came up with this site
www.gpsmidlands.co.uk.
They advertise that they repair Tomtom screens - whether all the range? Give them a try and let us know how you got on.

I thought Eldar said in a different post that he did not repair screens.
My mistake if I incorrectly excluded him.
I will go and investigate because I need to check my marbles!! _________________ RQ

PRICE WOULD BE £90 FOR BRAND NEW
£70 FOR SECONDHAND BUT PERFECT WORKING ORDER
24 HRS TURNAROUND TIME
Not worth it I guess.
