Hi
I'm running TomTom Navigator 6 on my Nokia N73 and like the feature where it shows your current speed and the speed of the road, if know. If your speeding, this goes red. But is there a way to make it give an audible beep when speeding??
On another note, I've just ordered my wife a TomTom ONE from Amazon and was wondering if these show speeds also?
Thanks

There is no capability within TT to give an audible warning if going overspeed. Which is just as well, as so many of them are wrong. 8O
All TTs using V6 Maps have the same User Interface, so the answer is Yes. _________________ Richard

It would be good though if they could at least warn near to camera locations |

I know, I have that. But that warns 300yards (or whatever) away. As your passing it, is your speed / current speed is red, it'd be good if it re-warned or something. |

At 30 MPH, 300 yards is only 10 secs. That is 10 secs to make sure that your speed is correct!
Is it a short term memory thing? ;)
You can, if that is what you want to do, add the Single File Database and configure that to a minimum distance. Mind you it might be a bit to late then.
Especially if it's a Mobile Site. 8O _________________ Richard
