Well, after a bit of searching, I've found what you're referring to. It's much easier to keep all the replies in one place. ;)
I would un-install HOME. Reboot the PC and, if you've got a Registry Cleaner, remove traces of HOME in the Registry.
Then download the latest version of HOME from TT from HERE. _________________ Richard

I am having problems with tomtom home freeziing after hooking up with my tomtom 1 so I am going to uninstall the programme and download a fresh one....will this proceedure delete my backups???? I hope not. |

It will only delete the program. The Folders with Backups and Downloads will remain intact.
Well they did on mine.
If you're really worried about it, you can do a backup of the the Backup. ;) _________________ Richard

Will re install i think and try again, recently re-formatted so didn't expect issues but will try a new reinstalation of it, thanks for the replies.
