CoPilot sleeve probs with TT2.24 (but not 2.0)!

Hi,

I've got a CoPilot sleeve and Ipaq Nav System 1.2 software on my Ipaq 3970.

I've recently bought TT 2.0, and followed the instructions on a previous post to install the correct driver for GPS.

My Ipaq works fine with TomTom version 2.0, but when I install version 2.24, the Ipaq will not open TomTom.

I've tried a soft reset, and have uninstalled the software and then reinstalled it, but keep getting the same problem. All other programs open up instantly.

If I go to 'running programs,' it doesn't show TT as running.

Any ideas on what could be wrong??

Have you also changed the TomTom GPS version when you updated from TomTom 2.0 to 2.24?

when you run just the TomTom GPS applet (not the navigator) - do you get a reading and a fix?

Yes I do - I've got it set to TomTom GPS (Ipaq Sleeve), using GPS Receiver Com6.

When you re-installed the Navigator software, have you installed 2.0 first and the 2.24? This is not necessary since even though it says update it is a full version. Try uninstalling everything and then install 2.24 directly
