Its superb, it would be even better if it could be launched within Tom Tom itself, well done for a great bit of freeware. |

Just installed it on my 2210.
Didn't get anything about the ocx file but carried on and copied the files as suggested.
Works a treat...excellent program and thanks for making it available.

Omaruk.....
Did you put a shortcut to the program on the desktop?? If so Tom Tom should start automaticly if you put both files in the same place. e.g storage card.
Cheers.

Any Thanks again

Hi all,
Thanks everyone for your comments. And thanks to PocketGPS for supporting me in spreading the word - 130 hits on my web site in the last 24 hours, following the announcement on the home page!
My main focus will be to sort out the installation, followed by adding the ability to add or amend post codes so we can bring the database completely up to date. This should happen in the next few weeks. But I will try to resist the temptation to bloat it with lots of other features.
Thanks again

Just installed it on my iPAQ 2210.
The setup file included launched the Application Manager but it didnt ask if i wanted to install anything.
I then closed Aplication Manager, and copied the .dat and .exe files to a folder on my iPAQ's SD card, which I named uk postcodes, and created a shortcut to the .exe file which I named UK Postcodes and copied to the Start Menu folder.
I clicked on the shortcut and it worked perfectly with TT2. I'm very impressed!!! :D

Hi,
First of all a big thank for this FREE programme it works fine on my machine an IPAQ 3950. I did not get the conformation of the ".OCX control"
during the set up but this does not seem to be a problem.
So far I am impressed ! ! ! |

Just downloaded it and installed on a Ipaq 5450 PPC2002
Brilliant! Thanks a lot Dynamite. If you make the 28th, I'd be honoured to buy you a drink.

Just trying it out and all seems to work well on my HP2210. Thanks.
A usage question, or one for the wish list. I'd very much like to be able to paste in a postcode. Is that possible? |

Thanks very much for this program, it is just so quick compared to banging in street names into TTN2. Fantastic job.
I already had Check POInt installed so just copied over the .exe and .dat files and had no problems. As I have a 3970 with PC2002 I also installed the .NET framework. Runs without problem.
Thanks again, top job and it makes you wonder why a company such as TomTom couldn't do it themselves, even as a free download |

Hi,
I have an XDAII running windows mobile 2003 for pocketpc, and have TTNav1 running on it. Do you think 'UK Postcodes' will work on TTNav1?
Thanks! |
