I have a Tom Tom 300 and have quite a number of poi`s on it. The problem is that some of the poi`s have the same icon on the map (an orange square with a black star in middle) and therefore i do not know what the poi is. Can you change the icons and how do you do it if possible? I would be grateful for any help. :D [/size]

Those are default icons which means that there is no .bmp file of the same name as the POI file (barring extension, of course) in the Map directory. The answer is to put in the .bmp file supplied with the POI or make your own.

Thanks for your replies, here is a list of the current poi`s using same icon on my unit;
Amusement parks
Broadcasters
Cashpoints
Fast food restaurants
Lpg
Pubs
Station service
Waitrose.
As you can see it gets a bit confusing with the same icon Rolling Eyes

Are these built-in POIs or the ones downloaded from here? The ones from here should have a separate BMP for each category.

Their TomTomGo guide suggests you should have a BMP with the OV2s. I'd suggest you contact them at support@poihandler.com.
