I have just downloaded latest (28th Feb) database on to my Navman. This included the unverified mobiles - pmobile. When downloaded my navman kept bleeping continuously! I then deleted the pmobiles and left on all the other cameras and the bleeping stopped.
Anybody got any ideas why? Thanks |

Sorry, probably being really thick but I don't understand. What's the point of having the files available to download if they are going to bleep continuously. |

is it actually a continuous bleeping or is it just that it's warning you about lots of sites? what do you have the warning distance set at?

Non stop continuous bleeping! Only way I could stop it was by removing the memory card! Distance is set at 500 metres.

New database fine here. Haven't seen any other Navman users complain. |

Best thing might be to make a note of your location and which cameras your are being alerted to.
Is it definitely set to 500 METERS? |

I have exactly the same problem, my warning distance is half a mile.
I have downloaded and completely refreshed my Navman iCN520 twice today, as I thought I had done something wrong. I will now leave out the pending mobiles.
If they cause that much trouble, then perhaps an explanatory note warning the likely outcome would help future downloaders? |

Just what I have done Chief1.
PaulB2005 - I wasn't complaining - just seeking advice!
Might use it as a reason to persuade "er indoors" to buy me a new one!! |

pscaife - Sorry i didn't mean complaining as in moaning but complaining of there being a problem for which you are seeking advise.
Interesting problem though.
Exactly which database did you download? |
