My Navman Pin 570 runs tomtom navigator5. If I use the "exit application" feature, when I turn it on again it has forgotten all my favourites and the settings for the POIs. If I simply turn the machine off, it retains everything.
Anybody met this problem before, and more importantly, has anybody got a solution? |

Connect the device to the PC and use windows Explorer to locate the file Current-map.cfg (it will be located in your map folder on the storage card) - copy this file to the PC, right click it and select Properties, is the read only check box ticked? - if so un-tick the check box then copy the file back to the storage card/ map folder and try again - Mike |
