hi ya
just got my v9 map update dvd ive installed it to my pc but how do i actually get the new map onto my i3 many thanks  |

When you first loaded the DVD into your computer, it should have come up with a menu with 3 options - Install map update to C510/Nuvi, Install map update to other units, and Install map update to your PC.
Have you tried the correct "Install map update" option for your SatNav unit? |

Once you have selected the maps you want to update on your i3, you select Tools on the menu and then send to unit, or click the relevant icon

| I have ordered my V9 maps + a DVD internal writer as I didn't have one + a 1 Gb trans flash card all in preparation of getting some Euro Maps on my i3. Is there an idiots guide to putting the maps onto the sd card? and am I right that I can put POI & Camera database on after I have upgraded to V9 maps? |
