Before I installed the new maps I'm sure on the old maps I had the voice warnings set to the actual speed of the camera ie if the camera was set at
30mph the voice told you it was 30, I'm sure you had to alter a file name, but the grey cells have failed, can anyone enlighten me. Thanks |

Here are two sets you could try using the same messages as the original PGPSW data.chk versions. Some people wanted them because thay are more concise than Liz etc.
With siren
Without siren
(Right click and "save as..")
And here is
Mullet's versions of Ray Flanagan's "Liz" (sixth post down - left click to go to the download sites). |

Thanks guys.
I seem to remember it was something to do with lost file fragments and downloading a new data check file and renaming it, but I could be wrong. |

"Lost file fragments" is WRONG. Tom Tom works under Linux, not Windows which thinks .chk files are recovered fragments. _________________ Dennis

Can anyone provide a link to the files needed. I've searched and I can't locate them.
They were on this site, that I am sure of. |

Use the .ogg files instead of complicated Data.chk. You simply copy them into the map folder, then re-do the warn when near for each camera type. Link is shown in And_P2002 post above. I personally use the Mullet, with siren, full volume ones - brilliant. _________________ Dennis
