My GO Classic was ok with a French SD Card in it,but now when i turn the TomTom on it ok till the TomTom screen then Freezes and i have to Reset it ! It Works all ok with the Original GB Card in it . |

It is probably one of the system files. Try re-installing the Software onto the problem card. _________________ Richard

Hi I know it sound Stupid but how do i Reinstall or Update the Lates Software on my TomTom/SD Card !

It doesn't sound stupid at all. What you need is to download and install TomTom HOME from TT website. Place the first card in the unit and connect it to your computer, then using the HOME application you should be able to download the updates and install them. Repeat with the second card. |

Does that always work though? I thought "Home" had to be able to recognise a working unit, before it would connect up, which seems daft, but I thought I'd read other people had difficulties because of that.
There is always the manual install of v6.52 using Oldboy's files |

His unit is working, there is simply a mismatch between the bootloader and the application software on one of the cards. As soon as this card is upgraded everything will be back to normal |

Hi Thanks ive done what you said,but the UK Card when i tried to Update it Said AN ERROR OCCURRED ON YOUR TOMTOM DEVICE then SCRIPT ERROR ! The Other Card i managed to Update but Still Freezes on the TomTom Screen !
Now im Totally Stuck |
