Help with I2 V9 map update

My I2 unit (bought a little before christmas) started telling me on start up that the map was over a year old. Ordered the free update and recieved yesterday. I've unlocked, selected UK and transferred the data, however, when I start my unit it still says that the maps are a year old and out of date! Checked on System - Mapsource and it says V9.

Can anybody help me, please? Much thanks in advance.

Make sure that the firmware is up to date as well.

Thanks but I used WebUpdater and it said that the software was up to date but as an extra measure I re-installed the same version (3.20),

The message is still coming up.

Back up your favourites and do a hard reset.
