I registered, paid the subscription, but when I try to download the sytem appears to try to transfer data but nothing happens.

I've tried to do it in both firefox and IE7

Could there be an issue with my firewall / anti virus software - Zonelabs?

A/v software will not prevent the download, however it might quarantine a file after it's been downloaded. Unlikely though, as there are not any unsafe or executable files in the download.

So probably the firewall. Try suspending ZoneLabs as a first test. If that works, then add this website to your trusted sites in ZoneLabs. More help here: http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/support/support.jsp
