Unable to turn on 910

Have checked through forum and seen post for 710, hold in reset for 30 secs and then power button for 10 secs, but does not work on 910.

Any ideas??

Unit was left in cradle to charge last night, now apparently dead

Can you see the hard disk when you connect the 910 to a computer?

I've got a similiar issue and can't see the device in the cradle.

This has happened to me a couple of times. The cure I used was to plug it into the car charger - when it senses the power it turns on (they should work with the mains adapter too).
