Go 910 uk maps

Having upgraded from the Go 500 to the Go 910 it takes ages to find a UK address. It goes through a load of different countries even though I have it on the western europe map. The Go 500 just went straight to the town city using the postcode. Is there any way that just the uk map can be used on the Go 910 without searching through the rest of europe as well. Thanks in advance.

If you use the Postcode, as a destination, it takes no longer than if you have the GB Map only. That is assuming that you are within GB, and that you are using Address | Postcode.

If you input a City/Town then this indeed does take longer as there are more entries in the Names Database.

The only way you could have a GB Search only, is to have a GB only Map installed. This then negates the use of seamless mapping.
