hi all, my tomtom 300 is playing up. when i power up it needs speed cam poi resetting and it wont store my home settings anyone else had this ? |

Has the write/ lock switch on the memory card been accidentally pushed to the wrong setting i.e. LOCK, if so switch it to the other position to un-lock it and try again - Mike |

You could also try checking to see if the .cfg file in your map folder (either called Map_Settings.cfg or {mapname}.cfg) has been accidentally switched to "read only"
Do this by connecting the Go to the PC and using Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) to find the file in your Go's map folder. Right click on the file and select "properties". Check there is NO tick in the "read only" box at the bottom. If there was, remove it and click "Apply".
To be honest, I don't know if the Linux-based Go will take any notice of this setting, but it's probably worth a try. |
