Change Preferences | Change Map Colours.
If you can't see that Option, then Change Preferences | Show all Menu Items first.. _________________ Richard

...and don't forget to install the most excellent Suntime app: http://www.webazar.org/tomtom/suntime.php?lang=uk - which enables you to autoswitch schemes at dawn/dusk - esp. for those ex-i3 owners who miss this handy feature... 8)

Just one question on the Sunrise app. The instructions say load into the Content directory of TomTom Home. I do not seem to have that folder, only Backups, Downloads and Stratdata. Should I make a new folder or dows it mean Downloads? _________________ Alan - iPhone 5 64GB, with CamerAlert, TomTom Europe & CoPilot |

MaFt | It's only in the x10 range. _________________ Richard

Thanks Oldboy, it appears I need to create the Content folder.
1 question about Suntime. Am I right in thinking I dont have to set the app to start when I switch on my TT i.e. I can start it manually only when I know my journey will take me into twilight? _________________ Alan - iPhone 5 64GB, with CamerAlert, TomTom Europe & CoPilot |

Is my TTG Classic a GOx10? It sounds like this was scardycat's old app that auto changes the map colors at dusk/dawn. |

[pedant]
I'm convinced that they shouldn't be referred to as GOx10 but as GOn10, since the variable is numeric!
[/pedant]
The GOn10 are the newer GO510, GO710 and GO910. _________________ Jock

Well - as it only checks once a minute, I thought I'd take the risk! 8)

Not sure if I completely understand the question, but the process is entirely automatic.
There is no user intervention required, and the unit will automatically switch between day/night maps.
The actual time will depend upon whether you have selected the software to change at twilight or sunrise/sunset. _________________ Regards
