GPS Signal.

Why does my GO Classic find the Satellites, the Bars turn Blue for 2-3 Seconds then it goes back to Grey and Starts searching Again ! Would it be that i Got it in Paris and it only has the Frenh/European Card in it !!! Never had a UK Card ! Could this be the Reason its not Working as it was Working ok in France .

i hope you are not suggesting that because the sat nav is french it'll only work in france... Laughing

when you switch on the tomtom , you must have a clear ,unobstructed view of the south sky..if this is the first time you have switched on since being in france then the tomtom will take longer to download the different location almanac..

Thanks no i thought as it was Configured in France in might not work with the French/Euro maps in the uk.So to configure it in the UK Get a UK Map for it . Embarassed

I know the TomTom unit will work all over the World !
