Hi

I have a Gramin Nuvi 310

Can you tell me what the best download for this would be and how to do it

My friend also has a Garmin Nuvi 310 which came with the camera software already installed - however, when driving on the motorway ( with a 70 limit ) he frequently gets alerts telling him that there is a camera ahead with a 43 limit - any idead why this happens please

Hi!

You will need to become a subscribed member by clicking on 'join' at the top of the screen. It costs either £2 for a month or £19 for a year.

Once you join you can download the database to your hearts content. You will need some software from Garmin to transfer the files across. Instructions can be found on the 'speed cameras' page along with compatible units.

As for your friends nuvi, it would appear that the supplier did not install the database correctly - the poi loader software from Garmin has an option fr selecting either metric or imperial measurements - they picked the wrong one... He will either have to subscribe (the minimum cost is £2) or get the supplier to reinstall them correctly!
