simple really, phone 'em

once you get through they can't be more helpful (second attempt for me, some people have needed to try 4 or 5 times as their phones are so busy)

seems too big a push into the auzzie market, not backed up by enough support infrastructre has damaged the reputation somewhat,

BUT, once you chat with the guys on the phone it changes your attitude towards 'em

my warranty issue was sorted within a week of a phone call to them, my emails about the same issue are unacknowledged!

so, in summary, before you grumble, phone 'em!
