Hi all,
Not sure if this has been asked/answered before, so I'll ask again if it's ok!!
I've noticed that while driving along listing to MP3's, whenever the unit gives you a Direction it pauses the MP3 your listening to & then carries on from the same point when you've taken the advised route, but I've noticed that if your informed of a Speed Camera Alert the MP3 doesn't pause so you miss part of the song. Is there a setting that can cure this problem? or do I just have to put up with it??
Cheers

F A N T A S T I C ! ! ! !
Garmin seem to have fixed the Speed Camera Alert problem!!
When you get an alert for a Speed Camera it just bleeps and goes straight back to the MP3 your playing instead of having a few seconds of silence!!!
Excellent job Garmin!!
Many thanks

Sorry to hear that, what have they done to the Bluetooth???? Mine seems to work ok, but then again I do only use it on a Crappy XDA II.
Cheers

bluetooth connection with samsng d900 was fine - make and receive calls, see full phonebook/contacts etc etc
upgraded nuvi firmware now i can pair the 2 devices but absolutely zero functionality... couple of others have noticed this too
will have to find copy of old firmware... |

Thats strange my Samsung D900 works the same on the new software as the old software... make and receive calls, see full phonebook/contacts etc.
The problem I have (and have allways had) is that when ever I receive a text message the phone disconects from the Nuvi and re-boots. The cure is to delete the text messages from the phone and this is quite difficult to do whilst driving! It seems that the Nuvi can't handle messages stored on the phone. Did you have that problem when your Nuvi/phone did talk to each other? |
