Okay, wonder if anyone has an "authoritive" answer on this (opposed to speculative).
TomTom Traffic. WHERE is this information fed from/collated from? Does anyone know? I don't mean "which server is it sent from", I refer to the "slow traffic "x" minutes delay", or "Road block/delay, due to accident".
Anyone know?
