Im off to France and the direction are:
Le Dorat is about 370 km. from Paris (around 240 miles) and travel time on the excellent roads should be about 3 to 4 hours. Once again, the Drive alive site can provide detailed information on routes - if you are travelling directly from a ferry port to Le Dorat, you will need to avoid the centre of Paris.
Any idea on setting up the the navman to avoid the centre of Paris - maybe it wont rout me via the centre anyway?

You don't say which Device you have, but most Navmans have a feature called 'avoid area'. This allows you to draw a block on the Map which the Routing Software will avoid when finding a Route.
I would suggest you look in your particular Manual for the Avoiding a Route section. _________________ Richard

Quite right, Oldboy gave the tip and I referred you to the source of how to do it. Hope both helped. _________________ Gee-Pee
