looking for a good navigation/gps for the pc

What program will map similar to TomTom on a pc? I see Streets&tips but it doesn't have a3d view.
I'm thinking of hooking up a small computer with a gps and using it similar to the way my pda does navigation.

Any help? Btw, this is for usa. Mainly for Hawaii.
