I know this isn't much help for now but try posting here

PGPSW Pocket PC Forum

The chaps down there will be better suited to advise on compatability/versions to use & all that stuff.

They have Stickies, usually full of info & FAQ's.

You aren't looking for Detector software, are you????
This websites database is an alert system, using a database loaded with locations of camera sites. Your PPC can tell you when you are near one by referencing this database. It doesn't scan for Radar signals & such like....JIC!
